The Temple Expiatori del Sagrat Cor (that in English is called Temple of the Sacred Heart of Jesus) is a Roman Catholic church built between 1902 and 1961 in a mixture of modernista and neogothic styles.
The church was consecrated in 1952 by Bishop Gregorio Modrego Casaus during the 35th Eucharistic Congress held in Barcelona.
This church is especially known because of its position, that seems to control all the city from the top, for the big statue of Jesus on the top of it, and for the crypt below the church.
Thanks to its incredible location, you can see the Temple from different parts of the city, for example from Rambla Catalunya or Passeig de Gràcia.
4. TIBIDABO AMUSEMENT PARK
Tibidabo is the oldest amusement park in all Spain and one of the oldest in the world, officially opened in 1901.
In the park you can find more than 30 attractions for all the ages. Some of them are the original rides built in the first years of 1900 and are still in use.
The Tibidabo Amusement Park is especially popular for the amazing views that you can enjoy while having fun with their iconic attractions.

Torre de Collserola
It is a telecommunication tower that was built in 1991 for the 1992 Summer Olympics.
It is almost 300 meters high and has a total of 13 floors, from where there is an heartbreaking view. The tourists can visit it until the 10th floor (that reaches 152 meters high).
